PLEASE USE THE 12^TH STREET NW ENTRANCE AT BOBBY VAN’S

GUESTS WHO PURCHASED TICKETS ONLINE TUESDAY, JANUARY 13, 2009 OR LATER, SHOULD BRING A COPY OF THEIR PAYMENT RECEIPT TO VERIFY “WILL CALL” TICKETS.  VERBALLY INDICATE “WILL CALL” WHEN ENTERING BOBBY VAN’S. 

The Inaugural Committee has erected a large tent containing a mini-museum on the normal lot (Old Convention Center) used for parking valet service cars.  Additionally, the Secret Service has recently placed parking limitations within the restricted area where BOBBY VAN’S is located.  Therefore, VALET PARKING WILL NOT BE available.

Since Bobby Van’s is within the restricted area, please plan your travel to and from the Gala accordingly.
