Board of Directors

Concerned Black Men - National Organization (CBM) has a strong and active National Board of Delegates. The Board is made up of two (2) to five (5) delegates from each local chapter (depending upon the size of the chapter), and four (4) elected officers. These Officers--- the National Chair, National Vice-Chair, Treasurer, Secretary, Membership Chair and the Executive Director, make up an Executive Committee that is charged by the Board to engage in the daily oversight of organizational functioning. The Board and Executive Committee provide the overall vision and strategic planning for the Organization.
